Your account might be locked due to the following reasons:

1. If you enter your password incorrectly more than 3 times, your user account becomes locked. Your account will be unlocked automatically after 30 minutes.


2. Password has expired and all warnings to change password are missed. You can either contact Code Connect Support at Code.Connect.Portal@fisglobal.com, or you can reset your password from the Login menu on Code Connect. To do this, click Login, enter your username, and then click Next. In the User Login dialog, click Trouble Signing In. In the “Problems Signing Into Your Account” dialog, select I Forgot My Password and then follow the prompts.

System APIs: System APIs represent fine-grained functionality as exposed by the underlying system of record. They are closest to the underlying system and represent granular units within a business process. Process APIs: Process APIs fulfill business processes by orchestrating system APIs and APIs from other products or 3rd parties. These are depicted as the “middle layer” between System APIs and Experience APIs. Experience API: Experience APIs serve channel specific needs. As an example, mobile applications call Experience APIs to manage client entitlements and persist information-state across multiple client logins. They orchestrate underlying Process APIs and System APIs.

To search for an API, register and login to Code Connect at https://codeconnect.fisglobal.com/app/home and follow the steps below:

1. From the homepage, select the catalog to explore API and event solutions.

2. To explore additional APIs that have not yet been provisioned for your account, within the catalog, navigate to the by request segment and select the API or event solution that you require access to. Select the Request access button to ask for access to additional APIs in which you are interested.

3. Use filters to narrow down the specific use case for which you need an API.

4. Use the Search feature at the top of API Catalog to search for APIs using keywords.
