How do I set up my identity credentials upon my first log in?

To set-up identity credentials on first log in, you need to register another device that will provide the one-time PIN (OTP).

1. On the Code Connect home page, click Login or Sign in button and enter your username.

2. In the pop-up that appears, choose the Device Profile (Email or Phone) and populate the information about the device.

3. After this step, your one-time PIN (OTP) is sent to the device you registered. At this point, you are also offered an option to add your computer or mobile device for logging into Code Connect.

4. Once you provide details about your preferred OTP device, your identity set-up is completed. Going forward, you can login simply by using your password and OTP.

How do I reset my password on FIS Code Connect?

To reset your password, please follow the steps below:

1. Access Code Connect at https://codeconnect.fisglobal.com/app/home and click Login.

2. In the login dialog box, click Forgot Username

3. Enter your email address that is registered with Code Connect. An email will be sent with further instructions

4. Follow the instructions received in the email to reset your password.

If the verification PIN doesn’t work, what actions must be taken?

If your PIN doesn’t work, please follow these steps:

1. Check your email and verify if you are using the latest PIN and not an older one.

2. Click Login on Code Connect homepage-> Enter the username-> Click Trouble Signing In-> Select 'I have problem with OTP' and proceed further.

3. Use any Authenticator App to generate the PIN; e.g. Google Authenticator or FIS Authenticator. You can link authenticator under My Account-> one-time PIN-> Select 'Let me use a software app'.

What if the One-time PIN is not received during login process?

If you do not receive the OTP, then:

Please check the SPAM folder of your email box.

If the OTP email is not in your SPAM folder, click Login on the Code Connect home page, enter your username, and then click Next. In the User Login dialog, click Trouble Signing In. In the Problems Signing Into Your Account dialog, select I Have a Problem with OTP and then follow the prompts.
